Laser Quest Scene
Laser Quest Scene Photo
In this futuristic scenario, the pace of the action picks up significantly. P dashes headlong through a laser battle. The two camera positions represent the two kinds of computer gaming conventions; point-of-view games such as Myst and Quake; and god's-eye-view games such as Tomb Raider.
Again, P fails to take part in the activity, and the inhabitants of the scene are equally unaware of him. They do, however, notice the objective camera, and fire at it as if it were a participant. Through this, it is suggested that the objective camera is, in fact, another character in the scene.
Towards the end, The objective camera is 'shot' by one of the players, and we hear the sound of his armour announcing his vulnerability.
